We work very close with our manufacturer and visit them many times to inspect quality and progress on new items. We strive to keep up with technology, trends and fashions. Delivery
All items dispatched within 24 hours, we will usually dispatch same day if ordered before 12pm. Any UK express orders are delivered by DPD Local on a next working day service. Express delivery is currently unavailable to the following areas; Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, AB, FK, G83, PH, ZE, HS, IV, PA and KW postcodes. Delivery to these areas is on a 2 day service to Northern Ireland or a standard 3-4 day service to other postcodes.

Any issues with delivery MUST be raised within 10 days of dispatch. We are unable to investigate issues if this time frame has passed.

Weee is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) which was introduced in January 2007.
The WEEE Directive aims to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it.
The WEEE Directive also aims to improve the environment performance of businesses that manufacture, supply, use, recycle and recover electrical and electronic equipment.
Customers wishing to return a Weee item must pay for any postage costs incurred. Please make sure you mark the outer packaging clearly that it is WEEE recycled item you are returning. We will only take back like for like items after the purchase of our new item and you have 28 days to return a WEEE recycled item to us at the address below

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
Returns
Goods correctly supplied may be returned (at the buyers expense) with the Company’s written agreement within 14 days of purchase date. Goods so returned must be consigned carriage paid and accompanied by a Returns Form stating the recipients invoice/order number and date thereof together with the reason for return.
Goods returned outside of the 14 day return period must be in a resaleable condition and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The Customer will only be offered credit or exchange. No refunds will be offered. A delivery charge may be applicable.
Goods returned outside of the 14 day return period that do not include their original packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Goods returned within 14 days of purchase not including their original packaging must be in perfect operational condition and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. A credit or exchange will be offered. A delivery charge may be applicable.

A consumer is an individual who buys goods for their own personal use and not for use in connection with their business.
