I give 5 stars, even though I haven't installed the system yet, as by just unpacking the well -protected and packaged contents I was delighted with the quality of all the items. Then, after reading the enclosed manual and quick start guide, I was thrilled at the features and options available. Even though all sensors are linked to the control box, there is a fair bit to do setting personal requirements, such as entry delays, etc, if required. The remote fobs are brilliant, too. After having an ADT alarm for nearly 3 years, I am keen to get this far superior one installed. I consider the price to be reasonable for such a complete package. After-sales help is unusual, too, replies being very quick and extremely helpful. Thank you global-gadgets and Dan.

We've had this alarm system for over a year and we love it. It's very easy to use comes preset, just allocating zones etc. Pretty much all the batteries are still active. We particularly like the SMS system which works really well from abroad. The home alarm feature is cool too. Really cannot fault it. Customer service was very efficient.

I bought an alarm from Global Gadgets UK about 6 years ago because I wanted a UK supplier in order to be able to get phone help quickly if needed, the alarm has operated virtually faultlessly since then.
