Alarm alerts - Can alert up to 6 numbers by phone and 3 numbers by text when alarm is activated. Personal greeting can be recorded.

Use panel as a phone -Built in microphone and speaker allows you to listen in remotely, or enter a two-way communication, essentially using the control panel as a speakerphone

Alarm can be armed/disarmed by key fob, SMS, telephone, control panel or separate keypad (optional extra)

My first stop from now on

Prompt replies to a couple of things I needed to know, and accurate advice.

They did exactly what they said they would, which is getting quite rare in my experience elsewhere, and despatched/delivered straight away.

Alarm panel and everything else came pre-enrolled, and worked fine.

Good value for money etc.

But this is why I chose them in the first place after a lot of reading around on the internet.
